Booking Changes & Cancellations
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Our Studio Name reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, all retainers are non-refundable, even if the portrait/event date is changed or cancelled by client for any reason except as noted in sections 8 and 9 in contract. A non-refundable retainer fee of $100 for holiday session and mini session cancellations will be withheld from refunds. The retainer will be credited towards another type of session within the following year.
Cake Smashes and Designed Studio Sessions we do not accept cancellations, although you may re-schedule your session or apply your session retainer towards another type of photography session. Changes to themed designs must be made 2 weeks before the session. Sweet & Simple Package design changes must be made 1 week before the session. For any weather related or photographer's health issue cancellations by our studio, we will notify you and re-schedule your session. If you are not able to re-schedule the session when our studio cancels your date, a return of the retainer will be refunded. If you have a family member fall ill or has a cough or fever, please reschedule your session. Cancellations due to major health or other family emergencies (under sections 8 & 9 in contract), retainer is refundable. Rescheduled sessions made the day of the session will be charged a $35 fee along with the non refundable retainer fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or billed to the client.
Backdrop Orders:
Backdrop orders for themed designs are ordered 2 weeks before client's session, so any changes must be made before the backdrop is ordered. Once a backdrop or cake is ordered, there can be no changes made to the design. Any other design spec changes, for example dresses, props, etc. must be made 1 week before client's session.
